Adélie Gorce awarded the A&A PhD prize at EAS
Adélie Gorce was awarded the Astronomy & Astrophysics Journal Best PhD Thesis Award on the 29th June 2022 during a ceremony at the European Astronomical Society's annual conference.
After a 6-month internship in the Cosmology team during her gap year at Central Paris, then a year of M2 at Imperial college London, Adélie did her PhD partly in London and partly at IAS, still in the Cosmology team, under the supervision of Jonathan Pritchard and Marian Douspis. She defended her thesis at the University of Paris Saclay "Cosmological signatures of the reionization epoch" in September 2020. She is now a post-doc at Mc Gill University, Montreal Canada.
