THEMIS grids
The grain populations are those defined for the best model in Ysard et al. (2024) (see Tab.3 of that paper). The grain populations are labelled with the following names:- cm20: small spherical carbonaceous grains up to 20 nm consisting purely of aromatic-rich H-poor amorphous carbon, a-C,
- carb_5nm_prolate2: bigger spheroidal carbonaceous grains with a core/mantle structure, where the core is made of aliphatic-rich H-rich carbon, a-C:H, and the mantle of a-C with a thickness of 20 nm (prolates with e = 2),
- aSil2_prolate2: spheroidal silicates consisting of amorphous silicate cores and 5 nm mantles of a-C. As described in Ysard et al. (2024) (see Tab. 1 of that paper), the silicate optical properties are derived from the laboratory measurements of Demyk et al. (2022)
