Attendance to the workshop will be limited to approximately 20 in order to facilitate interaction and hands-on sessions.

Regitration will take place Thu. May 17, 2018, in front of conference room of be.HOTEL.

INFORMATION FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS

  • Presentations can be given on either your laptop, or on the conference laptop
  • Note: If using the conference laptop, please make sure all your fonts, images, and videos are properly embedded in your file
  • Please set up for your talk during the break prior to your time slot
  • A laser pointer will be available for use
  • Please prepare a "scrubbed" (public) PDF version of your talk to be collected by the LOC

TRANSPORTATION FROM MALTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

A shuttle from Malta International Airport (MIA) is organised for the participants who stay at the be.HOTEL. The shuttle service back to MIA on May 21st is also arranged for the participants leaving with the plane at 2:45pm.

Otherwise, Malta International Airport (MIA) is 5.6 miles away from the hotel. Malta Transfer is MIA's official shuttle service. You can manage your transfers through the booking system here or by visiting the booking desk at MIA.
