This page provides both the official pipeline software to process raw data into calibrated radiance or I/F reflectance data, as well as a number of additional tools.
OMEGA Pipeline
Uses the raw (EDR) data as input. Cubes are processed individually. Requires both the .NAV and .QUB files (get them here)
Current software version : v10 (August 2014)
SOFTXX: Legacy IDL-based routine
Bundle including software, calibration files and manual
Download
OmegaPy: Python based-routine
This is a python port of the legacy IDL pipeline, with additional processing steps and tools

Omega Analysis Tool (OAT): ENVI/IDL based-routine
A collection of ENVI and IDL procedures for reading, displaying, and analyzing OMEGA data using the OMEGA Science Team's SOFT10 code as a basis. Produced by the PDS Geosciences Node.

OMEGA EAICD
Download the OMEGA Experiment Archive Interface Control(EAICD) Document for the full description of the raw data products.

Additional software (usually in IDL code) are provided here for convenience
This IDL code corrects spurrious columns in OMEGA C-channel (NIR) cubes with the largest swaths ( modes "128" ). The garbled data occurs mostly for columns 80 to 95, at specific wavelengths only. Software may need to be adapted for later NIR cubes (C channel). Bundle inclues software, issue description and manual. Author: M. Vincendon.
This IDL code creates a geotiff tag structure for exporting raster data to geotiff. Requires a longitude and latitude array of matching size with the image to be saved. Author: IAS.
