I am an idependent postdoctoral fellow at the Max-Planck-Institute for Astrophysics (MPA) in Garching, Germany.

I work at the interface between large-scale structure and galaxy formation. My research focuses on the filamentary structures at various scales: from the kiloparsec-scale filaments crucial for galaxy evolution, to the large-scale structures at the basis the cosmic skeleton. I use the most advanced numerical simulations to make theoretical predicitons that I test with real obsevations.

I was born and raised in Quito-Ecuador.
I am the first woman astrophysicist of my country.
I am passionate for arts and dance.
