checksa

Usage: checksa [options] [Directory]

Description : display the OPT_RS or CV (Compress or Uncompress) signal for selected channels

Select Channel option:
-freq="frequency list" select frequencies
-belt="belt list" select belts
-bc="BC list" select belt-channel
-other select all the other channels
-all select all channels (equivalent to -bolo -thermo -other)
-bolo select all the bolometer channels
-thermo select all the thermometer channels (used with Tchoice option - T1 by default)

Select Sample option:
-start=START first sample (DEFAULT is to read from end)
-t0=TIME UT time of first sample : [[[[[[cc]yy:]mm:]dd:]HH:]MM[.SS]]
-dt=TIME Length in time of the data loaded in memory : [[[[[[cc]yy:]mm:]dd:]HH:]MM[.SS]]
-boxcar=NUM number of sample averaged together (DEFAULT is 0)
-num=NUM number of sample read (DEFAULT is 8192) (-1 means read to end / realtime)

Select Data Type option:
-uncompress Read uncompress data (U mode). If not set, read compress data (C mode)
-cv Use Compression Validation Signals instead of averaged signal

Other option:
-file=FILE will write the kst file in FILE and will not launch KST
-dtpng=sec time in seconds between each screen capture
-help display this help
-png=FILE save periodically a screen capture as a PNG file

Arguments:
Directory The directory of the database. if Directory is omitted, allchannel will use the one given by $PIODATABASE_DIR

Example:
allchannel -bc=00 -t0=2005:09:20:10:00.00 /data1/csl/bases_liege_CQM/csl_all
