Cela permet de contr\u00f4ler la composition du m\u00e9lange gazeux initial envoy\u00e9 dans le r\u00e9acteur et maintenu \u00e0 basse pression. Le plasma qui se forme dans le r\u00e9acteur est induit et maintenu par une d\u00e9charge micro-onde coupl\u00e9e \u00e0 une cavit\u00e9 Evenson.
