Data exchange: the members of the group agree to exchange
freely their data to achieve the goal. The data are placed on an
ftp account in Norway.

Weekly teleconferences: Each member of the group are
called at 4:30 PM (Greenwich time) every week on Wenesdays starting on
September 17, 1997. The teleconf will help increasing interaction
between the members of the group, preparing the data for a timely workshop
and for discussing other important issues.

Outcome:
We did not discover any g modes but instead wrote an 'Aide
memoire for g-mode search' which is still in the process of being written
as of January 14, 1998! Nevertheless, we found some low frequency
low-order p modes.
