| Abstract |
| We have developed tools for the 3D-reconstruction of coronal structures from the two Stereo-spacecraft. The software package contains a stereoscopy program, a tomography
code and tools to compute the coronal magnetic field from surface magnetograms. We associate magnetic field structures with the coronal plasma as observed with SECCHI. We tested our tools with model configurations and data from SOHO, TRACE and ground-based observations. We intend to
employ our magnetic modelling and 3D plasma reconstruction software package also for combining data-analysis from SECCHI and HINODE.
